The campground itself is very nicely set up. Clean and well-maintained
The people were super nice. The restrooms/showers facilities were spotless, super clean and accommodating. The actual camp site we stayed on was very spacious and the water and electricity came in handy.
Facilities and staff are good. Some spaces are better than others, but many are very good. The lot has many trees and a pond for fishing. Unfortunately, the location is right next to an outdoor shooting range and from 9am-9pm you have to talk over it to be heard, otherwise I would have given it 4 stars.
I would recommend this place and will likely return for another visit. A very short 25 minute ride to Hershey Park.
My only complaint was that the site is situated near Route 76 so you could hear a lot of truck traffic through out the night. That's the reason for 4 stars. The sounds starts to drowned out, but once you hear them, you're reminded that you are still part of the rat race of human existence you came there to get away from
Staff can be a little rude. Screwed up payment of sight. Took many phone calls to fix.
Great family campground. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Lots of activities for the kids. Also it is less then 5 minutes from PA Ren Faire!
Pinch Pond is a nice and affordable campground conveniently located right outside the PA Renaissance Faire and near Hershey and Lancaster. Our family had a great time over the long Labor Day weekend hanging out in the area. The beds in the cabin could stand to be updated and the bathrooms as well. The staff was very friendly and the amenities onsite more than made up for my minor quibbles though.
