Had my full size pick up detailed. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and was greeted by employees with a helpful and upbeat attitude! Picked my truck up after work (perfect timing) and found they did an AWESOME job on a filthy truck, especially with the carpet that was full of Jack Russell Terrier hair which has a hook-like tip making it extra difficult to remove from carpet!!! Very pleased and would highly refer anyone to them for excellent detailing! Thanks to Barry and his crew for a job well done!
These people are fantastic. They attended to my needs in a friendly and faithful manner, and the value of the service was incredible. The name is somewhat unfortunate because the "details" of our current "president" are depressing. Sad! But the enterprise itself and the helpful, accommodating owner and staff are well worth your business.
The owner went out his way to meet us on a Sunday to take care of our truck. The truck(New truck) looked even better when we got it back. Will be returning.
I did my homework and read the reviews, all of which were great reviews. Although I have another detailer that I frequent, I decided to give Barry a chance. Barry is at least $50 more than my detailer, but in reading and talking to him about his services I decided it was worth the experience. I unfortunately did not receive the same stellar detailing service as all other reviews indicated they had. In fact, my car's interior factory sticker with all of my car's important details was removed from my door. I notified Barry immediately and he indicated he would take steps to order another and he apologized for the issue. IF the story ended there, I would have perhaps rated 3 stars. Unfortunately that was 3 months ago, and despite numerous more calls and providing my VIN and details for him to order my replacement sticker ($150 cost), he has yet to return my call or mail me the sticker that he told me he ordered for me as a replacement. All in all the detailing cost $180 and was worth maybe $100 but my sticker is now missing and the replacement cost is $150. Extremely disappointed with Barry.
Super happy and satisfied with the job done on the inside and outside of my car! Also, everyone was very friendly, helpful and polite! My car was ready for pick up by the time I was told I could pick it up! Highly recommend this detail shop and plan to have my husband's truck done here as well. Thanks to Barry and his hard-working employees for a job well done!!! It's nice to be treated like a customer should be treated!!!
