Such a fun experience for the whole family! My children got to try out all the child sized chairs and the owner encouraged them to look around and touch the signs. My son was looking at a cart that rolled and the woman working there told him to jump on and gave him a ride down the aisle! Such pleasant customer service...
I never leave this store empty handed. I really enjoy browsing the aisles stuffed with merchandise from top to bottom. I recommend visiting each aisle a second time just to see things from a different angle because there is so much merchandise to see you might miss something on the first pass through the aisle. I especially like the collections of vintage look and reproduction items from decades past because they blend so well in my home that is decorated all throughout with timeless vintage pieces. The business hours of this store have improved making it easier for me to visit and I live nearly an hour's drive away.
The best way I can put it is simply fabulous this is a fantastic shop to find all the odds things that you may be looking for you know the things that you don't want to have because your neighbor have it this is your store the items and here are mind-blowing must see at least once I promise you will go back.
If it would allow me to do 0 stars I would!! I've been here with my family many times and have always spent between $100-$200. I will never go back after the owner, Mark I believe, approached us in a very confrontational way. He told me we were abusing his property and that we should just look and that we were not able to touch anything. I have two daughters whom are very gentle, my husband and I strive to be and make our children good people. I have never incurred such rudeness and from the owner nonetheless. This man is despicable and it's a shame because we really liked this store once upon a time. I resent that my three year old daughter saw this rude, uncalled for interaction from which she felt like she had done something wrong. I guess HomeGoods will be getting our business from now on.
The store itself is nice. I thought I’d check it out since I like rustic farmhouse things. Drove about 25 minutes to get there. It was a little more primitive for my taste but it had nice things for reasonable prices. My 2 stars is because of the cashier. I was going to purchase some cotton decor and it was less than the amount needed to use your debit card. When I realized this I apologized and the cashier looked at me dumbfounded and rudely told me to go put it back. As if I wasted her time. No you can put it back!
