We came to the Comfort Suites on our family vacation to Amish Country! The hotel added to the great time we had. The hotel was clean and the staff was over the top with the help. We were stopped in the halls many times just to say hi. I was happy to see so many large families. It was very family friendly!! I highly recommend!
The staff members at this hotel are great! I have stayed at different hotels while traveling and this one employs one of the most attentive staff members. Keep up the good work! Whenever I am in the area, I will definitely stay here.
We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now...coming up on stay number 5 this weekend. Our daughter plays in basketball tournaments at Spooky Nook, which is right across the street from this hotel. The staff are awesome!!! All of them!! All of our experiences have been positive. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere other than here while in Lancaster!
Our family regularly stays in a hotel and this hotel was one of our favorites. The hotel felt very new, clean, and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Our first floor room felt very spacious. We wouldn't hesitate to return!
Stayed at this hotel for the week for training with my new job. Front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. Cleaning staff also did a great job with my room every night! For some reason, the internet would be iffy depending on what device I used (not a make or break for a hotel). Would recommend to anyone for personal and business use.
