Good spot to park if you are biking or hiking in the area, more parking can be found less than a mile south at the nature center
This is why I rate the Governor Dick Parking Lot with four stars. It's nothing special, but it serves its purpose well. I've never seen the place overflowing. Nor have I witnessed any visitors acting out in frustration over any of its features.
Nice place to hike. Tower would have nicer views if the trees were topped. Still a great place to hike.

Overall, this parking lot promises a better-than-average experience. A five-star rating, however, might mislead people into thinking there's something special about it. There isn't.
Great place to go for a walk or a bike ride
To properly review a parking lot, I believe it is necessary to consider the place on more than its objective merits. After all, a one-star lot at a place like Hershey Park might be perfectly adequate--and therefore deserving of more stars--at, say, a highway port-o-potty.
As parking lots go, this one is about as good as any, all things considered.
