For 8 days now we have received our neighbors mail. In the last 8 days we have not received even one piece of our own mail. Im assuming its getting delivered to someone else. I have bills and packages not arriving. I called the post office asking of a manager and the guy would not let me speak to one. I told the guy my problem and he said over and over again I had an attitude and that he couldn't fix my problem. My neighbor also called and personally went into the post office 6 times and they have yet to fix the problem. POOR customer service and disrespectful person who answered the phone. If I could rate a 0 I would.
Just went in to pick up a package that I missed when they delivered, and also purchased some stamps. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. A+
