Great local wines at reasonable prices. Tasting room has a good selection of local cheese to go with the wines.
Surprised at the dry reds from a 100% PA winery. Enjoyed the Baron Red. The Sauvignon Blanc was a pleasant treat, we don't often buy white wines but this was a good one. The cheese and chocolate plate was well worth the $5. The wine prices seem a bit high, but not excessively high.
If you enjoy dry wines this will be a treat. There are very few places on the east coast that produce great dry wines and this is one of them. The wines are well crafted with the aid of wine consultant. The quality shines through. Would highly recommend.
We had a group of 4 (plus an infant) who stopped at Waltz Vineyards Wine Shop in Kitchen Kettle Village yesterday to do a tasting and we were plesantly surprised by the experience! First of all, Dustin was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience memorable. Secondly, the wines - for having 2 people in our party who normally only drink sweet wine, we were surprised to find "dryer" options that we wholeheartedly enjoyed. We will definitely be back!
Full bodied, flavorful, AWARD winning wines in a great location. I live in Harrisburg area and it is Definitely worth the trip, we do it about once a month.
