Kevin thoroughly answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond by providing additional useful information about the vehicle history that he was not required to provide. Kevin was straightforward, professional, honest, and down to earth. It was clear that Kevin cared about the customer, and not just about a potential purchase from a customer. He also wasn't pushy, and this was much appreciated. We didn't purchase the vehicle the day we test drove it, but Kevin didn't push us for our phone number on the day we did the initial test drive, and rather let us know how we could contact him if we would choose to move ahead with the vehicle. It was clear that the decision of whether or not to purchase the car was ours. We also took the vehicle to a local mechanic to do a prepurchase inspection, and Kevin worked with us to get several of the mechanic's recommendations resolved prior to the final purchase.
