As a first time buyer, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Ritchie is a great salesman. He didn't pressure me at any time. I was able to test drive the car without any hesitation from him and at that moment I felt I would be buying a vehicle from him. All the information was given up front, he quickly called me back and told me about financing and the results and even at this point, I didn't feel any pressure to purchase anything. Gave me time to think and I went forward and everything was as smooth as I could imagine. Paperwork was done and the purchase didn't take any longer than 30 minutes. Plus he meet me after hours (due to me working so far away). Overall I'm pleased with my experience and will recommend Ritchie and the dealership to anyone I can. Great place to buy.

l was searching for a BMW 3 series convertible and I found it at Lancaster Car Co l called them as soon as l saw the car and they called me back the same day. They hold the car for me unlike other car dealerships who tell you sorry we sold the car when you show up. The car was more beautiful then on the website l pick up the car and drove it back the same day to NY. Took the car to two BMW mechanics and the car checked out perfect, the only problem was that it only came with one key fob but Lancaster Car Co send me a check for reimbursement of the purchase for a new Key fob Mr. Walker was a great guy to deal with.
