My cat was picked up and they were very professional. They are nice enough to drop off his ashes when complete. Very reasonable.
The time surrounding having to put my poor cancer stricken boy to sleep was a whirlwind of emotions. The lady simply asked if I wanted to have a private cremation and I said yes, not really knowing what I was agreeing to. It took almost 2 weeks to get my boy back and I was a little miffed until I opened the box containing his urn. Not only had they signed a condolence card, but presented his cremains beautifully in a wooden urn. When I opened the urn to move his cremains to their final resting place they had even printed a tag with his name on it and attached a beautiful wooden flower to the bag. I couldn't even comprehend the amount of attention and care my sweet boy's body received. Thank you all so much!
